Open Level Class

Expect to build a little heat with this class featuring Warrior 1, Warrior 2 with variations and some twists.
Raise the beat of your heart, the rhythm of your breath and breathe into the universe.
There isn’t much of a warm up as we jump straight into it but you can always use one of the gentle grounded flows to warm up and make it an even longer class.
