Description
Our most gentle class is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. We typically hold the postures for several minutes, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. A wonderful practice to de-stress at the end of the week and learn to quieten the monkey chatter of the mind. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
