This is a stronger, more dynamic class where we playfully move from one pose to another with each breath. We will move at a faster pace with flowing sequences that allow you to explore your body and breath and help your mind to relax. 1-2 years of yoga experience is recommended.

An all-round classical Yoga class combining strength, flexibility and breath awareness to calm the mind and relax and release the body. Suitable for all levels incl. beginners.
