Join Bea for an energising and playful Vinyasa flow to start your day in the best possible way! This is a dynamic practice where we'll be incorporating sun salutations to wake up the body, helping you to find some focus and clarity for your day ahead. 1-2 years’ yoga experience is recommended.

This is a stronger, more dynamic class where we playfully move from one pose to another with each breath. We will move at a faster pace with flowing sequences that allow you to explore your body and breath and help your mind to relax. 1-2 years of yoga experience is recommended.
