Kundalini Yoga is known as ‘The Yoga of Awareness’. It's a powerful practice and each class consists of simple repetitive Yoga postures, meditation, breath techniques (Pranayama), mantra (chants) with beautiful Kundalini music and finishing with a deep relaxation.
