Description
This class takes inspiration from Chinese, as well as Yogic Philosophy blending two styles of yoga into one practice – starting with a 'yang' standing sequence - dynamic, warming and strengthening followed by seated/floor poses held for longer to help release and relax our 'yin' connective tissues and joints. Suitable for all although some yoga experience/ good body awareness is highly recommended.
