A gentle class which helps you to slow down and open your body through passive stretching. We typically hold the postures for several minutes, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. A wonderful practice to help you de-stress and learn to quieten the monkey chatter of the mind. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
