Description

This class is suitable for anyone with or without any experience of Yoga or Meditation. It's intention is to calm the mind, heart and spirit with a variety of breathing and relaxation practices, soothing anxieties and stress and helping to heal body and mind. We will be seated for the Pranayama and Meditation practices (on chairs or mat) and lying down for the restful Yoga Nidra (conscious Yoga sleep). All three aspects will be explored each session.
