Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades.
In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.
Description
This morning practice will begin with an opportunity to slow down and to connect with yourself through a guided Savasana. Gentle, exploratory movement will then ease the body to gradually unwind and to open as we focus on functional movement, mindful strength and an exploration of classic Hatha Yoga postures. This class will be suitable to all levels of students.
