Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades.
In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.
Description
Morning meditation will set the tone for the day. Keeping you focused, optimistic and at peace. Developing a morning meditation practice can alter your life in the most positive way. It may, however take a little effort to establish. This is why I am inviting you to join me on Thursday mornings for a short practice. We will keep it simple. Cameras will be off, microphones will be muted, just my voice to welcome, encourage and guide you. We will explore breath, body scans, gentle affirmations and simple poetry. Beginners are welcome.
