Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades.
In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.
Description
This morning practice will support our muscular and skeletal systems with gentle yoga, and by incorporating strength-building sequences into our movement practice. We will have fun using light weights, bands, and our yoga props in new and exciting ways. This is a practice with a focus on aging gracefully so that we can live active and happy lives. **Using the light weights is optional. In some cases, body weight is all that we will need. This class will be appropriate for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!!!
