Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades.
In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.
Description
Our morning practice will begin with an opportunity to connect with yourself through a guided Savasana. Our practice will then expand to gentle, exploratory movements, gradually easing the body to unwind and open as we focus on functional movement, mindful strength and an exploration of classic Hatha Yoga postures. This class will be suitable for all levels of students and a great start to your week!
