Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades.
In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.
Description
This is the perfect class after a busy day. A yoga class with a slower pace paying mindful attention to the whispers and communication of the body through each movement and breath. Time will be spent releasing any holding and tension in the body through simple movement and classic asanas followed by a pranayama practice, a guided meditation or a restorative shivasana. This class will be appropriate for all levels of students.
