Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades. In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.

Description

Our practice will begin by connecting inward with a guided Savasana, allowing the mind and body to settle. From there, we’ll gently transition into exploratory movements that help to unwind and open the body. Our focus will be on functional movement, mindful strength, and a thoughtful exploration of classic Hatha Yoga postures. This class is suitable for all levels and is a perfect way to start your week!
