Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades.
In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.
Description
A morning meditation sets the tone for the day, keeping you focused, optimistic, and at peace. Developing a morning meditation practice can positively transform your life, though it may take a little effort to establish. That's why I'm inviting you to join me on Thursday mornings for a short practice.
We'll keep it simple: cameras off, microphones muted, with only my voice to welcome, encourage, and guide you. We'll explore breathwork, body scans, gentle affirmations, and simple poetry. Beginners are welcome!
