Robyn began her exploration of yoga in 1993, long before the current yoga trends had taken off. She has continued to explore a deep yoga and meditation practice and has shared her knowledge with her yoga students for over two decades.
In 2007, Robyn opened Creating Space Yoga Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It quickly became a thriving community studio for students who appreciated a mindful approach to movement and meditation.

End your busy day with this calming yoga class, designed to slow the pace and bring mindful attention to the subtle signals of your body through each movement and breath. We'll focus on releasing tension and holding patterns with gentle movements and classic asanas, followed by a soothing pranayama practice, a guided meditation, or a restorative Savasana. This class is suitable for all levels.
