早上以慢節奏的練習來緩解肌肉緊張,由淺入深地鬆開關節和伸展肌肉,釋放肌肉緊張,延展韌帶及肌肉,增加關節的活動幅度,增加血流到你的四肢,藉以改善血液循環,達致醒腦提神和喚醒身體的效果。

Morning stretch class uses slow, gentle movements to ease muscle tension. It starts with loosening your joints and stretching your muscles, releasing tightness, improving flexibility, and increasing your range of motion. The increased blood flow to your limbs helps improve circulation, making you feel more awake and energized.
