一方面透過不同伸展動作放鬆肩頸、膊頭、上下背、及下腰繃緊的肌肉,一方面伸展胸肩、強化脊椎和背部肌肉,紓緩腰痠背痛和強化脊椎靈活度及柔軟度,改善因長期坐在電腦或垂頭工作,或照顧小朋友而習慣於不良姿勢等的身體情況,建立保持良好的姿勢的力量。
