Teaching yoga since 2014. Leading authentic and inclusive yoga classes in Mechelen. Sequences are based on Hatha yoga and Yin yoga principles. My classes suitable for all ages and all levels.

Description

Hatha yoga is a classic yoga style.
In the class you'll learn and practice various movement sequences and poses, breathings and relaxation techniques. The tempo shifts from dynamic to mild depending on the theme of the class.
We practice in a small group.
