A blend of simple yet effective movement to nourish your body through autumn & winter, with periods of rest to bring some space into your week.

This class is led by Katie Sayles, our yoga teacher and mental health nurse. She will draw on her skills to create a grounding space for you to shift energy and relax.

Beginners absolutely welcome and encouraged to join.

This class is a fusion of our ‘restore’ class, with crystal bowl sound healing from our sound healer, Lorna.

Restorative Yoga is stilling and gentle, the class is particularly useful for busy people who are wanting to slow down and bring some ease into their day.

Practicing rest regularly is useful for immunity, digestion, menstruation, menopause & the reproductive system.

Rest also benefits social bonding, resilience and energy levels.

The crystal sound bowls add an extra layer of sound healing to this already nourishing practice.

These classes are not suitable for people during pregnancy, people with metal plates or people with a pacemaker.

A movement based yoga class to help you feel grounded. To feel grounded is to feel sturdy and rooted, despite the inevitable changes and movements of life.

Elisha draws on her Yoga Therapy skills, to create a class rooted in grounding practices. All levels are welcome.
