This is the first class of my Beginner Series ideal for NEW yogis and individuals who have not practiced in a while. Class is 30 minutes long and covers yoga basics including: Basic Breath, Childs pose, Cat/Cow, Puppy Pose, Table Top, Downward Facing Dog, Lunges; Bridge Pose, & Final Resting Pose.
