Description

Friendly, fun and inclusive class focused on reconnecting you with your body during pregnancy.

We run every week bar holiday periods, and you’re welcome at any stage of pregnancy and if you’d like to continue your practice after leaving post-natal yoga to go back to work.

In these classes, we’ll focus on a developmental hatha/flow practice underpinned by knowledge, safety and body awareness.

We’ll bring in elements of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices), yoga nidra (guided relaxation) and play around with styles.

Please note, this class is taught as a co-practice with Yoga for everyone, which means there may be non-pregnant people in class.
