Description
This is an accessible, inclusive and developmental hatha/flow class for everyone.
We’ll bring in elements of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices) and different styles, and explore relaxation via savasana and yoga nidra (guided relaxation).
Please note, this class is taught as a co-practice with pregnancy yoga students, so expect spacious, friendly and supportive sequencing.
