The Rocket Yoga is deeply rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga Yoga systems; where the Ashtanga Yoga follows a specific sequence of poses known as the traditional Ashtanga series, the Rocket Yoga will take a more creative approach to the series, making the practice more accessible always answering the needs of the practitioners in terms of strength and flexibility.
Expect a challenging class , yet allowing you to find your own personal touch and interpretation of the traditional asanas, under the passionate and kind eye of Dimitri, a thorough Rocket Teacher and Practitioner.
