Description

Iyengar Yoga helps to eliminate aches and pains and improves postural and body awareness. B.K.S. Iyengar has structured and categorized the asanas to allow students to progress from basic postures to the most advanced. You will gain flexibility, strength, and sensitivity in mind, body, and spirit.

Please register at least one hour before class starts. You will receive a Zoom link 30 minutes before class begins. If you register after one hour, you can access the link on your Momoyoga account. Join the class five minutes early.

The recordings will be available for 48 hours.
