Description

Develop balance/alignment, physical stability, and mental alertness: standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions, and pranayama (breathwork).

Please register at least one hour before class starts. You will receive a Zoom link 30 minutes before class begins. If you register after one hour, you can access the link on your Momoyoga account. Join the class five minutes early.

The recordings will be available for 72 hours.
