A total body postural evaluation -- shoulder, elbow, hands, ankles, knees, thighs, and pelvis. Develop a personal practice to improve the alignment and balance of the skeletal body sheath—with photos for reference.
Evaluation: 1.50 hour: $300

Please register at least one hour before class starts. You will receive a Zoom link 30 minutes before class begins. If you register after one hour, you can access the link on your Momoyoga account. Join the class five minutes early.
