Body scan meditation is a wonderful technique to divert mind away from your thoughts and drop deep in your body. It is a very easy and delicious sensory experience.
There is many benefices doing this practice, it improves sleep, decreases stress and anxiety levels and can even reduces chronic pain (which can be a side effect of having anxiety). Also it is a very option if you begin your meditation journey.
