Yoga Nidra is a deep sensory voyage,
also known as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that leads to a deep relaxation state between wakefulness and sleep. It is practiced laying down.

Yoga Nidra allows you to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep. It is the state we are in during hypnosis and has proven to be tremendously beneficial to reduce stress level, anxiety, improve the quality of your sleep and gain mental focus and clarity.
Make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable environment, I highly recommend to use earphone for a deeper experience.
