Babies can do yoga too? Yes! in fact, babies are natural Yogis! In this class, we'll focus on the important milestones for babies. We'll work on yoga poses to bond caregivers with babies, aid in digestion, brain development, crossing the midline and more.

Lourdes, is working on her Gold Award Project for Girl Scouts. Caitlin is planning on putting together a pamphlet with yoga poses that anyone can do outside. Join her as she leads children & adults, ages 10 and up, through a yoga class in the beautiful Locust Grove. Miss Liz will be there to support her. Cash donations welcome to benefit Locust Grove

Yoga for Tweens is a fun and empowering adventure! It’s more than just exercise—it’s a journey to discovering confidence, independence, and their unique voices. Each session is packed with fun yoga poses, exciting games, and calming breathwork, all designed to help them tackle daily challenges with a smile. They’ll learn to focus, slow down, and balance life’s ups and downs in a healthy, positive way.

The Fall Series will begin on 9/16 and end on 12/16 with a built in make up class. There will not be class on 10/14, Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day

Kids today are zooming through a whirlwind of school, video games, sports, and more. But what if we could give them a break and some awesome tools for everyday life? In our fun and engaging yoga class, kids will stretch, bend, and twist through exciting yoga poses, boosting their strength, flexibility, and coordination. They'll also discover cool breathing and visualization techniques that help them relax, focus, and find their inner calm. With every session, they'll feel more energized, confident, and super happy!

This class is geared for ages 2-5. Blending fun, movement, and storytelling, little ones and their grown-ups will explore simple yoga poses, mindful breathing, and a playful story together—building connection, confidence, and imagination in a warm, welcoming space. Energize & Flow is a dynamic, energizing yoga class designed for adults looking to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. This 60-minute class combines fluid movements with breath synchronization to create a seamless sequence of postures that invigorates the body and calms the mind. You'll move through a series of standing, balancing, and seated poses that challenge your endurance and enhance your focus. Each flow is carefully crafted to promote cardiovascular health, improve muscle tone, and increase flexibility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Energize & Flow offers a balanced approach that leaves you feeling empowered, centered, and refreshed.

A blend of yin & restorative yoga, deep stretching, and meditation. Slow paced 60 minute class in a room set to 80 degrees designed to relax and rejuvenate the mind and body. Asanas will target connective tissue throughout the body. Each asana will be held for 2-5 minutes to create a natural stretch. Focus will be placed on slow and steady breathing while in asana to create a relaxed mind and spirit. This class is suitable for the beginner yogi or a seasoned practitioner

This is a family class specifically designed for Yogis of all abilities to begin to work on enforcing independence, increasing memory and concentration and learn how to tone, strengthen and stretch the entire body in a fun and engaging way. This class will be limited to 5 students. A caregiver should plan on being present during class for at least the first session.

This 6 week series will begin 10/16 and end 11/20

Get ready for a playful yoga adventure! Kids will dive into imaginative stories and fun activities while practicing balance and breathwork through exciting yoga poses. With the help of props like stuffed animals, parachutes, and delightful essential oils, children will learn to interact with their peers, develop spatial awareness, boost self-confidence, and so much more. It's a joyful journey where they'll have a blast, feel a sense of achievement, and leave relaxed and happy!

The Fall Series begins 9/19 and ends 12/19 with a built in make up class. There will not be class on 11/28, Thanksgiving Recess

Yoga helps develop body awareness, increase flexibility, build muscle, feel part of a healthy, non competitive group, build self esteem, manage stress and increase concentration and focus. All of these benefits have the capability to flow into our boys’ every day lives, both in the classroom and at home.

This BOYoga Series is created specifically for boys to come to a judgment free class, learn to increase flexibility and muscle in both mind and body, which will help in other sports and areas of life.

This class will run as a 4 week session beginning on 11/21 and ending on 12/19. There will be no class on 11/28
