During our practice, we observe our thoughts, perceptions, feelings (samskaras), etc. bubbling up. By practicing Abhaya Varada Mudra, we cultivate a sense of groundedness and inner safety. We continue with ABS, Sphinx, Cobra, Boat, Seated twist, Woodchopper, Chakra/Aura cleanse, Gentle Agni Sara, Sun breath, Goddess, Warrior I, Shoulder Stand with the use of a block, Knee-down-twist, and Relaxation. We complete this class with reflection and the Abhaya Varada Mudra.
