During our practice, we observe our thoughts, perceptions, feelings (samskaras), etc. bubbling up. By practicing Abhaya Varada Mudra, we cultivate a sense of groundedness and inner safety. We continue with ABS, Sphinx, Cobra, Boat, Bow, Seated Abdominal Massage, Woodchopper, Chakra/Aura cleanse, Agni Sara, Sun Salutation, Goddess, Warrior I & II, Seated Twist, Shoulder Stand, Knee-down-twist, and Relaxation. We complete this class with reflection and the Abhaya Varada Mudra.
