We connect with the Ajna Chakra by visualizing the internal flow of Prana. Using facial massage attentive to the Marma points, and Eye exercises. Combining Drishti/Eye gaze within a somatic based seated practice and seated twist, as well as the flowing movements of the Swimmer Vinyasa. We come into relaxation by using the colors of the Chakras, and we end with Trataka Candle Gazing Meditation.
