After a hectic day, it's time to let go and find tranquility. Join me for a brief reflection and deep breathing exercises to calm your mind. We'll gently stretch our bodies, releasing tension in the joints, muscles, and tissues. A restorative pose and soothing visualization will guide you into deep relaxation. Don't forget to bring along a bolster with three blankets or pillows, or five blankets with pillows for ultimate comfort!
