Earth Day Tea Ceremony & Meditation

Join Clarice at One Soul Yoga for our annual Earth Day celebration. This year, our gathering will include a tea ceremony followed by guided meditation. We will start with a grounding Tea Ceremony (outside, weather permitting) to honor the Earth, her resources and the elements. The tea that has been selected for the ceremony is organic loose-leaf tea that helps ground our energy and open the heart. We will follow with a guided mediation to help you honor and connect with yourself and the world around you.

Cost $20 or included with pass/punch card
This event will be held outside on our yoga platform, weather permitting.

We plan on taking this practice outside--if you get chilly, please bring a sweater or jacket and maybe a blanket!

Each full moon offers opportunity to release any thoughts, emotions, goals, habits, relationships and situations that no longer serve your higher good. DeAnna leads this month with yoga, sacred sound and ceremony. For this practice, we’ll discuss energies and information surrounding the month’s full moon, we will practice a gentle releasing flow and enjoy a guided moon meditation with sound for savasana. We will finish with a burning ceremony to release any negative energies that stand in your way. This class is suitable for all levels. This a free class and all are welcome. When weather permits, we will practice on One Soul’s outdoor platform.

This class replaces Candlelight Immersion this evening. Candlelight Immersion returns 4/30.

Step into your awakening at the spring 2024 ladies-only retreat at One Soul Yoga. Scheduled for April 27 & 28, this two-day immersive retreat will help you gain clarity and insight on your personal path. Let’s gather and spend time reflecting on the journey before us through connection with others, intentional movement, meditation, workshops and sound vibration sessions.

The Awakened Soul Retreat includes:
• Full day of yoga and activities on Saturday and a half day on Sunday
• Light breakfast both days, lunch and dinner on Saturday, plus wine on Saturday evening and mimosas on Sunday
• Retreat shirt and small care package
• Optional (and free) sleepover at the studio-BYOB (bring your own bedding)

Payment Plan:
If you need to pay for your retreat in installments, we are happy to accommodate. We do ask for $50 upon registering to secure your spot. This does go towards your retreat balance. Remainder will be broken into equal payments depending on the date you register until due date. You will receive text invoice reminders each month. Full payment is due April 12, 2024.

Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel between any time on or before April 12, you will receive a refund or account credit minus $50. No refunds or credits if canceled within 14 days (4/12 of the retreat. We know life happens so if there is an extenuating circumstance, please contact us. If, for any reason, One Soul needs to cancel the retreat you will have a choice of a full refund or credit to your account.
