Lunch Flow: Move is a shortened gentle 40-minute midday practice to help you gain flexibility, balance and strength while flowing through yoga postures linked with breath. Class will start with centering and breath control and then flow through seated, standing and supine postures. This shortened practice is a perfect way to boost your productivity and help get you through the mid-day slump. Practice always ends in savasana to bring you back to your center. This class is suitable for all levels and variations will be offered to help increase or decrease your practice needs.

Power Flow is an active-full body vinyasa-based class open to all levels. This class incorporates breath to movement and intervals of low and high intensity. Power Flow aids in alignment, strength and mobility. Stretch, open, engage and move the body to balance and energize the mind, body and soul. Variations will be offered for individual increased or decreased practice needs.

Let the stress of your busy day melt away with a very gentle yoga practice set to the soft glow of candles. Candlelight Immersion focuses mainly on seated somatic, self-inquiry and stress-reducing techniques (self-holding, EFT tapping, breathwork) and supine asanas to help you quiet your mind and connect to your body and breath. This class will incorporate meditation and elements of sound healing (such as the ocean drum, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks) during savasana. Allow yourself to find peace, harmony and balance within. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Yin Flow is a slow-moving but powerful classic yin yoga practice appropriate for all levels. ThursYay Yoga Flow is for anyone wanting a gentle vinyasa-style class to help maintain mobility and strength. This one-hour class is open to all skill levels and works through a full body flow moving from seated, standing and kneeling asanas. Students will increase stamina, balance and flexibility and while connecting mind, body and soul. This end of the week class ends in relaxing savasana to help you ready for the weekend ahead. Have just a few minutes to spare for yoga? Stretch & Flow Express is a shortened version of the 8:00 am class. This 40-minute mid-day class focuses mainly on deep stretching and slow-moving sequences held for several breaths to help loosen the body and reduce tension. The slower pace allows each individual to explore their own postures and alignment to deepen their practice. Private Tuning fork Session with DeAnna

Align your subtle body energy during a private tuning fork session with DeAnna. Non-weighted tuning forks are used around the body to connect and support the body’s natural frequencies and help bring imbalances back in order. The vibrations of the forks carry deeply into the body and along energy pathways which are known to affect us mentally and physically. A tuning fork session is holistic in nature and may help address energetic imbalances, relax and de-stress the body, boost the immune system and stimulate mental and physical well-being.

During a chakra tuning fork session, we start with a basic chakra assessment and participant rests on a zero-gravity chair or massage table (fully clothed). Specially calibrated non-weighted forks and other sound instruments (such as singing bowls) are then used around and near the body to help remove blockages, release stagnant energy, and restore balance to the body’s energetic system. If participant wishes, DeAnna will discuss any results afterwards.

Every person has a unique experience with tuning fork sessions. Many find results after one session but most find more benefit from 3-5 sessions scheduled a few weeks apart. Please dress comfortably. Each session last between 45 minutes to one hour. After booking, you will receive an email with some information about your session and a waiver and questionnaire.
