Pairing cacao and yoga offers a perfect union of mind/body awareness and a natural, safe way to meet full-body bliss. Join DeAnna on Monday, June 10 from 7:00-8:15 for the June Soul Session: Heart & Bliss Cacao Ceremony & Flow, a time to open the heart and find bliss within. We will start off with a cacao ceremony, using ceremonial grade cacao as a drink, move into somatic movement and ending with a guided meditation and savasana.

Note: If you are pregnant or taking a high dose of antidepressants consuming cacao may cause headaches. If you have high blood pressure, it may increase your heart rate. It is recommended you drink plenty of water after consuming a cacao.

Soul Sessions with DeAnna are a monthly addition to the One Soul schedule. Each month, DeAnna will offer one guided group experience to energize and nourish the soul. Soul Sessions will vary each month to include anything from soulful play, energetic movement, cacao ceremony, sound healing or meditation to help you connect with your inner being and live from the heart and soul.

This class is open to everyone and is $15 or included with pass/punch card. Soul Sessions are facilitated by DeAnna McDearmont, a registered E-RYT 500, YACEP yoga instructor and sound healing practitioner at One Soul Yoga & Wellness Center.

Summer Solstice Self-Care Mini Retreat

Summer Solstice is a perfect time to slow down and infuse your skin care routine with the transformative power of the season. Join us to learn how to make cold processed all-natural soap and a soothing salt scrub from start to finish. We will use all-natural ingredients including essential oils and dried herbs and flowers--no synthetic fragrances. You will create your own 42 oz soap batch that will be ready to take home in about a week (due to curing). Body scrub will be ready to take home that evening. These will help soothe and deeply nourish your skin during the hot summer weather.

Our one-day mini retreat also includes a charcuterie grazing box, complimentary wine (for 21+) and an evening solstice meditation and fire.
