I’ll share a simple recipe that combines the calming powers of Lavender, the uplifting spirit of Bergamot, and the grounding essence of Frankincense. Here’s how to craft your blend:
• Ingredients:
• 5 drops of Lavender essential oil
• 3 drops of Bergamot essential oil
• 2 drops of Frankincense essential oil
• Carrier oil (like jojoba or almond oil)

Instructions:
1. In a 10ml roller bottle, carefully add the essential oils.
