Use this mindfulness meditation with the sound of gentle rain to take time to appreciate yourself and practice self-care, self-love and self-compassion.
Silently repeat these phrases of self-compassion:
1. 'May I be kind to myself.'
2. 'May I accept myself as I am.'
3. 'I am deserving of care and attention.'
4. 'I am enough, just as I am.'
5. 'May I be patient with myself.'
6. 'I honor my needs and feelings.'
7. 'May I forgive myself for any perceived shortcomings.'
8. 'I am worthy of love and respect.'
