Welcome to our New Year's Eve Gong Bath, a ceremonial gateway from 2023 into 2024. Today we have Tibetan singing bowls and chimes, and our 5 gongs, 1 handheld Chau gong (bell-like), two Wind gongs (celebratory/cleansing), 1 Atlantis gong (depth), 1 Subatomic gong (mystical tone). Listen for the whale and elephant calls during the session.
This session includes a Release Ceremony as we gather not just to mark the passage of time, but to consciously release the old and welcome the new with intention and open hearts. 'Every end is a new beginning, and with each ending, we are given a chance to rebirth our dreams and desires.'
Embrace the affirmation: 'I welcome the new year with clarity and hope, ready to receive its gifts and lessons.' Remember, 'In the symphony of life, each moment is an opportunity for joy, love, and purposeful living. Embrace 2024 with the courage to follow your heart and the wisdom to cherish each moment.' Be aware that since these are primarily gongs, the microphone was moved to the far end of our intimate studio. There still may be ambient room and building sounds in the audio recording. This is the second gong bath presentation of the day if you attended either of the gong baths on New Year's Eve.
