Description

Hatha yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation and greater posture awareness. This class will teach you the foundations of Yoga.

We will learn step by step:

Breathing: we start the class concentrating on your breath (pranayama).

Poses: Yoga poses, also called postures or asanas, are a series of movements that help improve balance, flexibility, and strength.

Meditation: we end the class with a short meditation phase.
