Learn the building blocks of Pilates. Pilates is low-impact and combines flexibility ,muscular strength and endurance movements.
Pilates emphasizes correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It is great for ironing out muscular imbalances, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention.
