Come and experience the deepest of stretches in a Yoga class that targets the connective tissues between the muscles by holding seated and supine poses for 3-7 minutes. Benefits include increased circulation in the joints, improved flexibility and regulation of the body’s flow of energy. A great class for beginners and intermediates alike.
