Start your weekend with total relaxation - perfectly setting you up for a beautifully restful night's sleep and waking up refreshed on Saturday morning.

This class will begin with carefully selected yin-style, restorative yoga poses that will begin the unwinding process, followed by a 45-minute Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a form of yoga sleep where you will be transported through the deep layers of your brain waves to seek out a soft awareness, bringing total relaxation by using a calm and peaceful guided, visual journey.

This is an online class so that you can get your PJs on, use as many cushions and blankets so your journey is extremely comfortable and allow you to slip into your weekend, hassle free.
