Hatha Yoga is a classical form of yoga where we take a slower pace to investigate asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) techniques, covering many of the basics and exploring sequences that allow us to delve deeper into more challenging asana. Ideal for beginners, this class can also be modified for pregnant students.
The Vinyasa yoga style offers a continually moving practice, let by the breath and presenting a way to move mindfully, building strength and stamina. These classes are better suited to those with some yoga experience, but everyone is welcome.
