A day to come together for the first time in months, to share a wonderful day of yoga practices. Yang-style in the morning, Yin-style in the afternoon, with a break for tea and cake midway.

Please show off your lockdown baking skills and bring cake/biscuits to share with the group. You'll also need to bring a mug - teas will be provided.

Please bring your own yoga equipment. Social distancing will be expected.
