Yin yoga is where we come to balance the frantic, fast-paced elements of our lives, offering a different way to challenge both the body and the mind: with stillness. It is through extended stays in asana that we explore both deep stretches and the quality of the breath to understand how it feels to be still - a rare occurrence these days! On Sundays, we often invite even more stillness in with a Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) practice.
