Diana has been honing her yoga teaching craft since 2003. She first trained to teach under the tutelage of Advaita Vedanta and Vinyasa teacher Sri Louise. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner Graduate of Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda class of 2009, and she teaches seasonal diet and lifestyle classes, and leads Ayurvedic detoxification cleanse programs. She is also, since 2015, a dedicated student of the teachings of the late BKS Iyengar and Iyengar Yoga. Diana is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and currently studies with Senior Iyengar Yoga mentor Holly Walck Kostura. Yoga and Ayurveda have been essential in Diana’s growth and evolution as a human being. Iyengar yoga has helped her overcome 15 years of chronic back pain and SI joint issues. Yoga & Ayurveda have nourished her with holistic awareness, strength, resiliency, and freedom. Her other loves are her surfing family, 4 pets, Colombian music, kirtan singing, Maui streams, and the preciousness and potentiality of humanity and life.

Alexandra is fascinated by the sacred geometry and divine architecture of the human body. She believes alignment with the body's natural architecture is the key to unlocking new levels of well being, creative potential and athletic ability. Her classes are rich with alignment cues that support joint health and move the body into new levels of strength and flexibility built around optimal alignment. Alexandra is currently studying with Jennifer Lynn at Wisdom Flow Yoga Studio in Maui, HI for her 300hr RYT. She completed Wisdom Flow Yoga's 200hr certification in Febuary 2024. s In her classes you will find a balance of core strength, standing asanas, and deep stretching all with optimal alignment as the focus. She loves to witness how the practice brings vibrant wellbeing to bodies, clear focus to minds and hope and creativity to hearts. In addition to offering adult classes, Alexandra looks forward to welcoming kids programs and classes in 2024/2025 specifically to the Maui community.

Sean is a passionate guide in the dance of conscious embodiment and integrated awareness. Drawing on over 38 years in an ever-evolving journey, his alchemy and integration of functional movement, energy and breath awareness, strength, mobility, and intuitive core-intelligence support practitioners in shifting our baseline towards fully dynamic presence. Sean passionately lifts the human experience in an evolutionary remembrance of our primal purpose - to come fully into Being.   Sean offers group and private classes, personal and group retreats, workshops, trainings, and more.

Kalia Kelmenson has over 20 years of experience in the fields of health and fitness. She is a certified personal trainer, lifestyle coach and retreat leader. She focuses on helping her clients develop stress resilience, mental clarity, and a mindset of success in mastering their health; all key components that must exist for any fitness program to work. She infuses her teaching with playfulness and enthusiasm for life.

Lauren is an environmental educator and a permaculture farmer. She deeply values connection and care of the earth, something she takes into her yoga practice and teachings. She spends her time teaching people how to tend the earth and curiously exploring the natural world around her. She believes that when we connect on a deeper level with nature, we connect on a deeper level to our higher selves, and vice versa. Yoga is a beautiful way of traveling a path of boundary-less connection with the world around us. This connection can create ripple effects of compassion around the world.  Lauren has always loved the intensity of sports and fitness, but found yoga while earning a  Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Sustainability at George Washington University. Yoga opened up a whole new world of healing, body movement and spirituality for her.  In her practice, she finds joy in pushing herself out of her comfort zone to grow in body and mind, while also finding peace and clarity.  After a couple years of living on Maui, Lauren decided it was time to further her study of yoga and teaching.
