This 60 minute class incorporates gentle stretches and slow standing flows to open the body. After the body is open we will move into a restorative pose where the body is fully supported and then finish with Savasana.

Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. These poses help gain more flexibility and mobility in the body. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

We will begin our day with a nourishing Yoga Flow Class which will include optional hands on assists.
Next we will enjoy a grounding energetic Reiki treatment that will lead into a stress releasing Yoga Nidra.
We will break for lunch on your own for one hour. You can enjoy many of the local restaurants and cafes in Del Ray or feel free to bring a lunch with you.
Following lunch you will learn how to do your own Chakra reading! This will allow you to know your unique Chakra energy distribution. We will enjoy gentle movement and pranayama(breathwork) to connect and balance each Chakra as well as utilizing crystals to help support your energy system.
After the Chakra readings you will get to make your own individualized oil roller for energy balance.
We will finish with some Reiki and Restorative poses followed by our closing Mantra to seal in our day together.
