In this 35-minute flow, we incorporate shoulder/hip openers and stretches sprinkled with a bit of shoulder girdle strengthening...and even a bit of balancing. This class is for ALL fitness levels and for ALL practitioners of yoga. If you need more cardio, make it more of a power flow by adding jumps forward and backward with the sun salutations.
