This is a 30-minute slow-paced restorative sequence that can set you up for some profound rest. Add the use of props to help assist you through the poses. We focus on improving flexibility while relieving tension in the hips, lower back, along the spine, and neck/shoulders. Our use of props allows the body to experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert a lot of effort. Be good to yourself.
